at first glance impeccable phone except that to use a battery that lasts barely 1 hour is impossible to download applications despite the update phone that overheats only it specify in advance it will be I think well that the product will be returned quickly

Beyond the slowness that can be attributed to the age of the model and that I can live with, the battery is completely worn out and has probably not been changed or at least tested. I was hoping this would be the case for a model classified as "perfect condition". A full charge lasts no more than 2 or 3 hours which makes its use very limited and forces me to carry around its charger constantly. I lose an average of 30% of my battery during my journey to work which only lasts 45min (and I'm only listening to music). The battery also heats up a lot which can be dangerous... This heating means that it can suddenly switch off during use or charging... which limits its use even more. In short, very disappointed with the "reconditioning" of Backmarket.

Fast shipping and good packaging which was good. Device had some screen burn in, despite being marked as "excellent", and it was not capable of updating or installing any apps. I also found that battery would jump from 30% to 50% randomly

A disaster, slow, goal and turn off regularly, overheating, no battery life
