Beats Studio Pro noise-Cancelling wireless Headphones with microphone - Black

This is an absolute amazing company. I got the studio pro beats for a right bargain. I originally paid full price at Argos but returned them for these. The quality is great and it came really fast. Sound on them is brilliant. Really pleased with my purchase

The back market service was amazing quick came next day, then the product itself I love beats but I cannot use the noise cancelling technology, As soon as you switch it on the left ear just starts farting and making clicking noises it is a known problem so not happy about that would send them back but I got rid of the packaging as soon as they arrived

I ordered them originally thinking it was a great deal, delivery in 3 days tracking and cheap! A few days later still nothing, the tracking link wasn’t even provided. Then when I finally got the link the item was waiting to be picked up by the courier for a few more days. At this point i requested support from backmarket, with no response only from AI agents and no human contact and after it had been over 10 days since the parcel was meant to arrive and no change in the tracking I disputed the payment with my bank and sent backmarket a final email. A day later the headphones were shipped after I had cancelled the order. My bank issued me a refund and no refund from black market was ever issued. I will never buy from them again, the response is awful, the shipping is awful, the product I cannot comment on but from having asked around I have only heard bad and worse things.

These are a Xmas present for my son so not tried them out yet

All good, although I haven't used them much yet they work very well and when I received them they looked brand new. Good experience overall
