Beats By Dr. Dre Studio3 Defiant noise-Cancelling Headphones with microphone - Black/Red

I returned my defective AirPods Pro during the warranty period (12-month manufacturer's warranty had expired, dealer's warranty was still valid) and received a voucher to buy new headphones. I chose the Beats Studio 3. Contact with customer service was a bit of a hassle. As it was exclusively via chat, it took a very long time (several weeks) to find a joint solution. I also didn't like the fact that I had to provide a cost estimate at my own expense to "prove" the defect. The voucher was also limited to 30 days, which made me feel under pressure. Nevertheless, in the end (as of today) I found some nice and good headphones that I like so far and that work. From a purely visual point of view, I couldn't tell that they were second-hand.

The headphones work very well and the battery lasts for several days, which is great. However, it would have been wise to specify that there is no cover as I bought the item in very good condition and I was expecting to receive it.

In the beginning the power would not stay on, but after a few charges it worked fine! I was going to return it, but now it works fine!
