Excellent, I had an identical model that has been wearing out from constant use for almost 3 years. I bought the same ones again because they are very comfortable, durable, have I cord and good quality audio. This one seems to me to be no exception.

Sometimes there seem to be problems with hands-free speaking. The noise cancellation does not work properly

Delivery and ordering were quick and uncomplicated. However, the product itself has some shortcomings. Having owned the same (original) headphones before, I have direct comparisons, which I list here. -Buttons (on/off, volume, pause) feel of inferior quality and are very loud in the ear when pressed. -Battery life considerably shorter, even at low volume. volume. (Max 9h to promised 15h/ 40% less). -device sounds (when switched on/off, battery status warning) very inferior and tinny. -battery status warning sound every 30 sec when battery battery level Positives: -Bluetooth connection flawless -general sound quality very good

I got these because was fed up of the buds I have (a different brand) falling out sometimes when I put on/take off my mask. After checking out a number of reviews, went for the Powerbeats and really pleased with them. However, just want to add you only know what a company is really like when something goes wrong. I had to send my earphones back as they came damaged and obviously wondered whether I was being scammed. Without boring you with the ins and outs, all I can say is the company I dealt with (E-Tech) and Back-Market were faultless. I followed the site instructions and the company responded instantly. The E-Tech customer service were friendly, helpful and professional and within a week I had a replacement. Back-Market in the mean time checked-up to see if all was well. I've read positive reviews and thought people may have connections or have incentives from the firm to post something good, but for what it's worth for those out there who are cynics such as myself, my experience hence the review is genuine.
