Hello, I had reservations when I received the parcel. It arrived very damaged. The postman even suggested that I refuse delivery. The protection of the product inside is very inadequate. It was wandering around in the box. The accessories were just wrapped in bubble wrap. One of the accessories was loose in the food processor's bowl. There are no operating instructions. I accepted delivery in the hope that the product would work. But clearly, for an 800€ purchase, the quality of the delivery is very surprising. What's more, the product was dirty. One part arrived broken, fortunately it was not important for the correct functioning.

Das Gerät war viel schneller bei mir als angegeben. Leider war ein Zubehörteil defekt, aber die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war super schnell. Es wurde mir umgehend Geld rückerstattet und ich hole mir das Einzelteil neu. Sehr freundlicher und vor allem schneller Kontakt! Das Gerät ist ansonsten genau wie im Angebot beschrieben.

Le colis est arrivé ouvert. Problème de cuisson, il s'éteint toutes les 3-5 minutes.
