Black market delivery and tracking with notifications as advertised. This is my 3rd purchase with Black Market. I can't tell you that. I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus with the case from you, paid for it and then received a refund from iPhone. Thought that couldn't be ...... and lo and behold the case arrived. After enquiring, I was given a (sorry and a voucher). Now I've been looking and have realised that you do have an iPhone 15 Plus on offer, but at a different price and in a different condition. I don't find that very customer-friendly. So now I have a case and have to rate it! Don't need another voucher. However, I would order the same iPhone 15 Plus in the same condition at the original price. (Colour doesn't matter) have a case. LG Thomas Becker

Well, of course there is a big advert for Backmarket on it, but you can see it before you order. But the case protects very well and fits my phone exactly (iPhone 15 Plus). What I don't like is that it arrives almost a week after the device itself, which would have been nice. But it comes from different countries, maybe you should work on the timing?
