I received the laptop and after a few uses, let's say pre-installations of some apps and antivirus. When I started transporting the laptop, i.e. closing and opening the screen, the fittings immediately gave out, i.e. they had been misused, because of course it wasn't new, it wasn't under warranty, I took it to FNAC for repair, the estimate was around 1200 euros, about 100 more than it cost. He learnt, he wanted to save 600/700 euros, and the cheap thing cost me a lot, and he was very angry with me for going to the Back Market. I don't understand how there can be people who have no conscience, to the point of cheating others lightly and for free. Without further comment... be amazed!
