They send me a laptop which was not working with constant blue screens indicating hardware issues. I send it back but they kept about 1/5 of the price (200€) because of a tiny scratch. Please do not buy from the company selling this laptop as if you control also their reputation on internet (google etc) they have had lot of issues with customers which is not directly indicated on backmarket. Backmarket on their side didn't try to help me and just said they couldn't do anything. Really disappointed by the service.
