The laptop is in very good condition, and is a very powerful computer. Excellent service.

The previous PC had problems and I was sent to different technical services, which finally could not be repaired. They did not refund me the 65 € for the first diagnosis they made, when they told me they would cover the charges, justifying that they only wanted to know if it was under warranty (?) They only refunded me 20 € for the second diagnosis. In the end they made me return it, refunded me the money in a voucher, I bought this second computer and I have just sent it back because it has another problem. They made me too much of a mess and I have invested too much time and money in them. My advice: for small devices like mobiles or watches yes. For something important like a pc, NEVER.
