When I picked up a refurbished device, I was well aware that there would be a few signs of wear and tear, but I didn't think it would be so dirty - it looked like someone had eaten a sandwich off the top while preparing the parcel. After cleaning, I started the computer, which said "your device has encountered a problem that could not be repaired. I followed the instructions and it restarted without any further problems. Fortunately, the device comes with a one-year warranty. Since then, it's been working fine, but I remain vigilant.

Computer broken in one place, it's not bothering the opening for the moment, hoping it doesn't happen again later. The screen is scratched, although it shouldn't be, given the grade selected.
