Astro A10 gaming Headphones with microphone - Black/Green

Product good. Perfect box and the item looks like new. The but is for the transport, they took a long time and delayed the delivery. And they didn't take it to my home so it took me a few more days to pick it up.

The box arrived battered and almost half open. It also had a strange liquid on the outside. Like an oil that was both inside the package and stained the box. As well as on the outside and it stained my hands and left a smell of some kind of oil. Quite unpleasant. Also considering that I chose the excellent condition option and had to pay about 15 euros more. I don't want to imagine what I would get in the other option or if for less money I would have bought something in better condition. It was not excellent at all. It was disgusting to open it.

As advertised and good value for money. What more do you expect

I was in excellent condition and I couldn't hear through one of the headphones. And now I am having problems with the return.
