Ordered on Sunday 28 December and received today Tuesday 30 December super fast delivery and very very well packaged I really did not see it was a reconditioned so it looks new it's the top 👍👍 tested and super delighted with my order 😜☺️. Thank you so much

The hoover is great! It arrived well packaged and just before Christmas, although delivery was scheduled for 29 December. It's very manoeuvrable, although a little heavy, but it's powerful, well thought out and the bin for collecting and emptying the waste is great.

A great hoover. It's very efficient and I really like the fact that I don't have to hold the trigger down for it to work. The accessories are perfect. The base that automatically empties the hoover is very practical. And the lights that light up the floor and the sensors that decide how much power to use, depending on the dirt, are really great. The only drawbacks I've found are that the accessory holders take up a lot of floor space and the automatic emptying only works with the long handle. I was delighted with my purchase from backmarket. The product was clean, well packaged and delivered with instructions. It was in very good condition, just two scratches on the handle and a small broken thing on the base.

The hoover arrived in great condition. Everything works perfectly. Unfortunately, a nozzle was missing, but this was delivered straight away. Customer service is incredibly friendly and my enquiry was dealt with immediately.

At first I was sceptical. Now I have been using the hoover for 1 month without any problems and I am very satisfied. I would recommend it to others. This site has saved me a lot of money.

I have been buying my technical devices on BackMarket for years. Buying refurbished is not only good for the environment, it also prevents a lot of waste and is easy on the wallet. I am always very satisfied with the devices and use them for years. For me, it doesn't have to be the latest iPhone or notebook every year. Refurbished is more sustainable. Great customer service and the devices are better than described.

Very pleasant to use, a bit hard to clip on the tools if the hoover is stored away, but once you've got the hang of it, it gets a bit better. To be seen over time: changing filters, emptying the 'dustbin', etc.
