Honestly so happy with my purchase. Saved so much money from buying through Back Market and the watch arrived basically brand new and in its original box. You would never have thought it was used before. No marks/scratches and works perfectly! As the watch strap size was not stated, the seller sent me both sizes which was super helpful. Just an all round amazing experience and I will certainly buy from Back Market again.

Hi I opened my watch this morning done all updates etc. I think I received the wrong strap the strap seems to be to wide for the watch can you send me the appropriate strap please Kind regards Will
