The watch arrived earlier than expected and is in very good condition. The changing lead has the older USB-A plug, rather than the newer USB-C. All good, I’ll use Back MarApple Watch (Series 8) 2022 GPS + Cellular 45 - Stainless steel Black - Sport band BlackPurchased on the 4 January 2024

No parece haber una forma de contactar con BM para hablar con alguien, así que expongo aquí el problema. He adquirido un iWatch series 8 caja de acero inoxidable y me ha llegado eso mismo pero en caja de aluminio. No me parece correcto ya que el precio no se parece. J’ai reçu une Apple Watch aluminium au lieu d’une Apple Watch acier. Je suis certain que c’est une erreur faite exprès. Car ça semble récurrent chez vous. C’était pour un cadeau. La personne n’a pas eu son cadeau d’anniversaire à temps. En soit l’erreur peut éventuellement arriver mais on estime ses et on leur raccroche pas au nez. Je travaille dans le commerce et je sais de quoi je parle. Etant en ligne vous vous pensez intouchables. Jusqu’au jour où…. Vous n’avez pas essayez de me trouver le produit commandé au prix commandé. Et tout ce que vous me proposez, c’est un remboursement SANS dédommagement, hormis une proposition de 20€ ou 5% sur une prochaine commande…. la blague. Il n’y aura pas de prochaine commande. Le marketing ne fait pas tout, un jour, à force de négliger ses clients, cela se retourne contre soit. En résumé : Produit reçu non conforme. Service après vente minable. Aucun geste client.
