Satisfied with the product, works as expected. No, issues, and also no scratches at all. Only one note, the name of the product is Sportband Rosa, but what was delivered is not the same Rosa color as it is on the product picture. I was not expecting a band with typical rosa color but same as in the picture, which is I guess sand-rose. I had to order a new band with the actual color of the product picture. My recommendation is to inform yourself before about the different band colors available. Happy with the product , would buy again from Backmarket. !

I bought this watch for my friend who is in her 80s, so if she fell she could get help easily!

the purchase was unsuccessful the watch was very scratched badly packed and the package was wider than another model I do not recommend
