Apple Left Earpiece - AirPods Pro 1st gen (2021) - White (A2084)

Delivered on time, my left earpod was promptly replaced with a new one. It's working perfectly with no issues so far. It seems like an original one from Apple, as all features are functioning flawlessly.

Husband lost an ear pod on holiday, thought I give it a go and get refurbished as half the price apple quoted me. Brilliant like new, instructions sent too and linked up effortlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

My first experience with backmarket, apart from good service, continuous information of the purchase, shipping and delivery, so far, the quality of the product received (airpods pro L 1st Gen, by previous loss) is excellent. The purchase went smoothly and the product complied. However, the headset was delivered much later (+5 days) than indicated on the product sheet. It was packaged in bubble wrap and a DHL soft plastic envelope. A little light. But intact and functional.
