24-inch Dell P2416D 2560 x 1440 LED Monitor Black

The quality is incredible. There's been a small hitch: there's been a false contact with the power cable since the day we received it. It makes crackling noises, but for the moment it's working, so we'll see how long it lasts!

Good value for money

The parcel was delivered to me damaged (torn at the corner) by DPD who admitted to me that the parcels had been overturned in their van. What's more, Backmarket didn't take care with the packaging: the screen was wrapped in bubble wrap and not secured in a loose cardboard box. The screen ordered "in perfect condition" (on the order form) was downgraded to "very good condition" (in the order history) and in reality turned out to be "badly damaged and not as described": 1- the screen, which dates from 2016, is not LED but LCD with LED backlighting (photo label in support) 2- disappointing resolution (qhd no better than hd) 3- black spot 1.5 cm in diameter in the upper left-hand corner of the liquid crystal (photo label) 4- long scratch on rear (photo label) 5- Shock marks on the grey edge in the top right-hand corner (photo label) I'm going to file a complaint and ask for the screen to be taken back and refunded. This seriously calls into question my relationship with Backmarket, whose consumer model I had fallen for.

Écran nickel. J'ai utilisé une vidéo spéciale pour vérifier la présence de pixel mort et je n'ai rien trouvé. Avantages de cet écran et des écrans Dell souvent, c'est qu'on peut brancher un port USB montant. Du coup, je branche clavier et souris sur l'écran et je peux facilement changer de PC avec 3 branchements : alimentation, USB écran et HDMI. Petit point où faire attention : cet écran est livré avec un câble vidéo D port normal qui n'est pas compatible avec la version mini qu'il y a souvent sur les laptop Dell. Mais j'utilise un HDMI que j'avais sous la main et tout va bien. Merci au revendeur pour la rapidité de la livraison et la qualité du produit et merci à BackMarket pour la mise en relation qui est top !

L'écran est arrivé vite, très bien emballé et en très bon état. C'est parfait pour moi ! Longue seconde vie à nos objets :D

Écran impeccable, bien emballé et arrivé très rapidement. Parfaitement conforme à la description, et très pratique avec ses réglages (hauteur, inclinaison avant/arrière et droite/gauche, et affichage horizontal/vertical).

Ecran PC en excellent état, juste quelques rayures sur le socle mais ce n'est pas du tout problématique :)
