The machine arrived in a rough, bulky, cobbled-together package, partially damaged in places. Inside there is a lot of bubble wrap around the bare coffee maker. The original packaging is missing. On inspection I still find coffee powder in places and visible signs of wear on one outside corner. The machine hasn't been offered yet (it's for Christmas) so I haven't tested it but so far my overall impression is rather negative, I'd probably have paid less on the bon coin for a similar result!
