No effort on the part of the seller. Phone put in a simple kraft envelope and wrapped in bubble wrap, no protection and full of grease marks and fingerprints on the phones. Out of 2 phones ordered, one doesn't work, the battery drains instantly if the phone is unplugged. I would not recommend the seller, other customers' reviews are similar to mine. It's a shame because I frequently order from Back Market and this is the first time I've been disappointed. The site should carry out more thorough checks on refurbishers and the quality of their services.
