Disappointing Condition Upon Delivery I received an Apple Watch from Back Market, hoping for a quality refurbished product. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The watch arrived with a visible scratch on the front body, which was more prominent than expected from a “good” condition listing. It was also unclean, with smudges and dust that made it seem like little care was taken to inspect or prepare it for delivery. While I understand refurbished items may have minor wear, I had hoped Back Market’s quality checks would prevent issues like this. Overall, I’m disappointed in the condition, and it has made me hesitant to order from, will give a try! I will be returning this.

This was a present for my husbands 60th birthday and was meant to arrive the day before his birthday. However it didn’t arrive until 4 days later( weekend in the middle) which meant I had no present for him in the day the whole good was gone out of it by then.
