Very happy with my "Good" refurbished Pixel 5. Performs as expected and visually is in great condition. Only issue I would have would be with the delivery which was earlier than expected. I had rearranged delivery for 2 days later but it arrived anyway. Luckily my neighbour was around to accept the delivery.

Je n'avais pas fait attention que ce pixel était un reconditionné du Japon, les google pixels de certains pays asiatiques ont quelques particularités liés à législation en vigueur là-bas, notamment l'impossibilité d'enlever les bruits de l'appareil photo, donc je suis moyennement satisfaite de mon achat. Sinon l'état était bien conforme à la description.

Colis reconditionné bien emballé et protégé. Le téléphone qui devait être en "bon état" me paraît comme neuf en terme d'aspect extérieur ce qui est une bonne surprise. La prise en main n'a posé aucun problème, je suis satisfaite du téléphone et du service pour le moment.

Really Happy with my first Back Market Order. My expectations were very low, but I was surprised to get a mobile with very minimal wear and scratches. The phone looks like its only been used for a few weeks and works perfectly (which is amazing for a 'fair' grade phone). Big Shoutout to the refurbisher "Tech Check Ltd". J'ai pris "qualité correct" (le plus bas) pour mon pixel 5, je m'attendais a un truc assez usé quand même du coup.. pas du tout ! Coque et écran nickels, des toutes petites rayures mais faut vraiment regarder de près. J'ai fait attention a choisir un reconditionneur qui était bien noté aussi... Et la batterie tient bien, chose qui m'inquiétait le plus a la base

Achat effectué il y a 5 mois (novembre 2023) avec quelques appréhensions car je sais que certaines personnes ont eu de mauvaises expériences avec certains revendeurs. Pour ma part, cinq mois après j'en suis toujours très contente. Commandé en tant que "très bon état", le téléphone n'avait que 2/3 petites rayures sur la coque, visibles de près seulement. Quand au niveau du fonctionnement, tout est nickel, je n'ai rien à redire le téléphone fonctionne hyper bien je n'ai pour l'instant pas eu de soucis avec. La tenue de batterie est conforme à ce à quoi je m'attendais : une bonne tenue, comme si le téléphone était neuf. Pas de problème à ce niveau-là. Ce reconditionné vient d'un revendeur basé je crois au Royaume-Uni. Pour ma part, je recommande donc vivement ! C'était mon tout premier achat en reconditionné et j'en suis pour l'instant ravie. À refaire.

Le téléphone est très bien, il fonctionne bien, à part la batterie inférieure aux performances du modèle neuf... On supposera que ça correspond à 85%. L'aspect est impeccable. Livraison ultra rapide (avec un reconditionner français) et sans problème. En revanche je regrette que le modèle annoncé dans la description soit le modèle européen (GTT9Q), celui que je cherchais, alors qu'en fait on m'a vendu le modèle japonais (G5NZ6). Pas des différences majeures, mais ce n'est pas très professionnel de la part de Back Market.
