    I paid 900€ for a used smartphone, so my expectation is that it should still be in the Apple manufacturer's warranty, a new original battery has been installed, the original packaging and original accessories should be included! unfortunately wrong thought, because the battery has already used 164 charging cycles, no original cable only such a China cable, no original packaging, device almost 1.6 years old and of course beyond the Apple Care coverage! according to Apple, the device has a value of 620€ and at refurbished dealers also max 630€ value, so how do you get to 900€ selling price at Blackmarket ? thought I was getting a new device! if I had known that, I could have bought a completely new one on Ebay for 100€ more with full Apple warranty and original packaging! To top it all off, a warranty seal has been stuck right over the microphone, honestly is that possible? nobody wants to have their microphone/speaker opening taped up and on top of that it looks ugly with the sticker! One thing is for sure, I will never order from refurbished suppliers again! For max. 650-700€ it would have been OK but not acceptable like this. IMPORTANT: If the device is ever blocked, Apple requires the original invoice (for third party sales) and will not accept a dealer invoice without a copy of the original invoice!!!!

    I bought a 1TB iPhone in "premium" condition. It has obvious wear marks on the edges. The charging cable it comes with is not original Apple as is the box. The battery is 97% "healthy". As an important note, the phone's operating system is updated to the latest version and if you are familiar with Apple's planned obsolescence policy, you will know that this makes the battery last less time even if it is in good "health". I don't think I will ever buy a "premium" phone here again or recommend it to anyone. It is not worth paying +1000 euros for this, you can see that they have not treated the device well or used it without lining.
