    I understand that it arrived new, unused, in its original box, it was not wrapped in its cellophane plastic as a seal, but the iPad was with its protective plastics intact, exactly as it was originally, its original charger, all impeccable, new. When I turned it on , the first thing I looked at was the state of the battery , new , 0 cycles , and it said manufactured in May and used for the first time the same day I received it in June . So I think it is brand new 99 99%. I am satisfied , what I don't understand is why it doesn't come with Apple warranty , but well ... I hope I don't have to use it .
