    I really did receive a top device. When it arrived I was amazed, there were no scratches on the screen or on the casing. It came with a charging cable, which has worked duper so far. The iPad Pro has currently been in use for 3 weeks and the battery lasts a whole school day, so there's nothing to complain about. It feels like new. I'm curious to see how long it will last but so far I'm impressed and haven't noticed any faults.

During the first month of use I noticed that the battery drains faster than the 3rd generation mode with the same use. after 1 month I had the problem that the device could no longer be switched on and even after trying to charge it after more than 12 hours there was still no reaction. I sent the ipad in and received the feedback that the device was working perfectly and the battery performance was also OK. Ok device comes back. 1 month later exactly the same problem. Device discharges completely and can no longer be switched on. Nothing I try helps. Device sent in again. Customer service tells me that I have to pay the shipping costs myself because the device is faultless. Instead of telling me what I'm doing wrong and what the dealer is doing right to switch it back on. The dealer says it is empty. But works perfectly. device has had the same problem 2 times in 2 months. Now I have to pay these shipping costs myself. I just find this service cheeky. It's better to order from refurbished. I had a better experience there
