    The phone I received turned out not to be what I ordered; I ordered an S23+ with the dual physical SIM + eSIM option, but ended up with a single physical SIM + eSIM version. I think there was some confusion about how the phone options are set. I wanted the first option because I wanted the European version of the phone and not the potentially incompatible US version. As a result, my concern turned out to be true as I received a US version. The phone arrived with only a cable to charge it and nothing more, which is a bit of a shame. However, it was in very good condition (plastic film on both sides of the phone as if it were new). The condition of the phone was indeed impeccable; no scratches, no problems with the display or the camera, giving the impression that the phone had never been used before. Despite being a US version, I had no compatibility issues and received and completed all the phone updates without any problems (the latter being my main concerns with the phone). I have noticed an orientation issue on Google Maps where I am sometimes pointed in the wrong place, but this seems to be a known issue with all Samsung phones, and by making an 8 gesture with the phone, the problem disappears. In summary, an excellent phone despite the confusion over the options, received in clinical condition and for an exceptional price. The refurbisher's work is very good, if not exceptional. A purchase I do not regret.
