Very happy with the purchase. I bought the iPhone 12 PRO in VERY GOOD condition (neither excellent nor premium) with STANDARD battery, and I was pleasantly surprised because the phone arrived IMPECCABLE (no scratches or bumps, neither on the case nor on the glass) and the battery with 100% health. So far it works perfectly, so a 10 for ERTO SRL.

The iPhone came excellent, like new, but it came with the system they use to test the phone, it had to be restored and the packaging was not the best, other than that it came with 100% battery and all the parts were original.

Hello, I put my iPhone into service on 6/03/26, and since then I've had 2 problems, 1/battery: discharges quickly, moderate use though, doesn't last a full day, 2/touch dysfunction on the screen several times, impossible to open the various icons, obliged to switch to lock then unlock again. Aesthetically perfect, it's in excellent condition. I'm waiting to see how the battery holds up over the long term.

It arrived super fast and I'm very happy with the purchase. The colour is beautiful, the battery is 100% and the camera is amazing compared to my old phone. The memory is great too. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it came without extra protection inside the box, which could have been risky. Luckily everything came in perfect condition.

The device arrived with a fault on the camera (spots appeared on one of the cameras). After two days, the phone switched itself off and wouldn't switch back on. The after-sales service was quick and efficient and was able to issue a refund in just under a week.

Fast delivery, but perhaps too fast as the delivery person had not finished his work, packaging not adapted, the phone was wandering around in its box, phone not reset, already set in English with sms in Italian. Claim opened on receipt and still pending. Lack of seriousness

I have the microphone for the calls to the ear which is abnormally low even at full volume I have difficulty hearing and the loudspeaker works well.
