    Good laptop, seems well built with lots of port connectivity, and in very good condition. I'm guessing this was a business device originally. I'm disappointed that the QWERTY keyboard is not UK/Ireland layout because the @ sign is not in the usual place and the Enter button is much smaller than usual . It would have been helpful to have this specific keyboard info clearly stated for prospective purchasers. I wonder if I can get some replacement keys and swap them to the "correct" position.

    This was my 2nd attempt. The first retailer was YesAgain in France. I was absolutely disappointed, nothing happened except that they debited my money, but Backmarket helped me reliably and quickly, even with a discount voucher, thanks at this point Backmarket saved me 40€. Second attempt with the good Danes and I was pleasantly surprised! I bought a top-equipped Macbook pro 16 inch from 2019 in excellent condition. The condition is as good as new. On the outside of the case 2 small scratches that you can only see when you hold it up to the light otherwise nothing! The power supply could be a little higher quality but perfectly fine. Has not been used for 200 hours, practically new. Ordered on Friday at 12 o'clock on Saturday shortly after 9 there and that with an international delivery without priority delivery. Really great.

    After an unfortunate experience, where the parcel was lost en route, I was reimbursed without discussion by Back Market. The reconditioner had not respected my instructions and Chronopost/DPD is a pitiful service provider. The parcel was marked as delivered but there was no trace of it at my home and no proof of delivery either... As I really needed a PC I placed a new order and everything went like clockwork. The PC is beautiful and apparently functional. I've yet to test it in detail, but the beast lights up. So I lost a good ten days because of the initial problems.
