I’m very happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which I bought from Back Market. The phone arrived quickly, was perfectly packaged and in immaculate condition – just like new. The performance is excellent, the screen is stunning, the battery life is very good and the overall quality of the phone is top-notch. The product is exactly as described. A really great shopping experience – I’d recommend Back Market without hesitation!

This is my first reconditioned iPhone before I bought them all new... (My mother had already had reconditioned ones... and problems) My 14 pro having died, I turned to this iPhone 15 Pro Max 512go blue titanium in perfect condition and original battery and balance : Absolutely nickel phone dating from July 2025 with only 60 charge cycles and 100% battery. I am very happy. It works like new from Apple. I recommend the seller where I bought it.

I am very happy with my purchase. Although it is refurbished, the iPhone 14 arrived in perfect condition: clean, well presented and working like new. The performance is spectacular: fast, fluid and very stable on a day-to-day basis. The camera surprises with its image quality, with true-to-life colours and good stabilisation even in low light. The battery has a very good life and lasts me perfectly all day long. The design is comfortable and feels sturdy. All in all, an excellent purchase, with the same experience as a new device but at a better price. Highly recommended.

I hope this device doesn’t give me any trouble. So far, so good, but the one I bought 20 days ago had a faulty camera. What’s more, the phone itself displayed a message saying that the camera wasn’t an original Apple part. I know I’m buying a refurbished phone, but for a top-of-the-range model, receiving a phone with non-genuine parts seems a disgrace to me. I must also say that Backmarket have treated me brilliantly. It took them less than 24 hours to send me an identical phone, and this one does work properly – at least, I hope so. Now I just need to return the faulty one and hope there are no issues with the return.

It’s in great condition, works perfectly, delivery was quick and easy, and it was well packaged – almost as if it were new. I liked it. I’d recommend it :)

First experience of buying a reconditioned phone. iPhone 16 pro received 2 days after placing the order. The condition requested was perfectly respected, battery condition at 92% which is in line with what is specified. The phone works perfectly, like new. I recommend it!
