The blu-ray player works perfectly and is in near-new condition

The appliance arrived well packed. In five purchases of second-hand computers (BM and elsewhere), this is the first time I've come across such a clean machine! (A few dust marks on the screen, at most a fingerprint). It's the kind of detail that suggests a conscientious retailer :). The computer is 100% compliant with the description on the technical data sheet (with BM resellers this is not always the case and I often had to renegotiate because, as luck would have it, the technical data sheet was a little better than the item delivered...). As for the condition, nothing to complain about, it's in very good condition, I have no doubts! Traces of wear and tear are minimal and have to be looked for to be found. After generating a battery report, all I can see is that the device has only 80% of its initial autonomy, and that's the only real wear and tear I can find. For those who are fussy about the screen (which is my case, I retouch photos) the colours, lighting and contrast of the slab are good and show no signs of premature fatigue. I would recommend the retailer 100%.

I had to call Apple support because the keyboard did not match the language options available. Although there's an arobase key on the keyboard, it doesn't work and I have to type a combination of other keys to get the arobase sign. Nor does it recognise the Paris time zone. Apart from these inconveniences, everything seems OK.

Overall I am happy with the purchase. However, the device came configured in French, and changing the language was not easy. In fact, despite configuring it several times and removing French as the device's language, certain sections of the settings still appear in French. Otherwise, everything is fine.

It arrived in a very well protected box. Everything works perfectly and the computer is in very good condition. It's perfect.

The PC is in very good condition, working as expected.
