Good for the iPhone 12 On the other hand a disastrous delivery for a delivery initially planned on Tuesday the communication which followed changed 3 times By indicating Monday then again Tuesday then Wednesday finally the deposit against signature ended up directly in my mailbox without proof of delivery while I was present

Second purchase at BACK MARKET and 2nd disappointment. First of all, we bought a perfectly good IPHONE 11 in 12.2023 that we had to return after a few weeks because it didn't work anymore. BACK Market reimbursed us for the product but not for the costs we had paid at the time of purchase, i.e. around 5 euros. New purchase in 05.2024, an IPHONE 12 in perfect condition. Received on Friday and returned the same day because the rear camera does not work. I asked for a direct refund and not a repair, very disappointed.
