Mal9,por1ue no.funcionaba bien y desde el 30 de junio que no se casi nada. First the transporter persio.lo.persio, then already have it since July 11 in repair, but as much as I ask nobody answers me or tells me anything. I'm very angry, I have no motive or hope to get it back. The service is very bad.

My iPhone broke after less than a year (could no longer establish WLAN and Bluetooth connections). I reported this to Back Market and immediately received a return note with which I was to send the phone for repair. The return address was somewhere in France. I received a message that my phone had arrived there, but since then I have heard nothing more. Even when I asked several times, there was no reply, although Back Market always advertises that you will receive a reply after 1-3 working days, etc. I have now had to wait more than 3 weeks. In my case it has now been over 3 weeks and I receive no information at all. Just very bad service!!!!

Not outstanding - just acceptable.
