An absolute disaster – never again! I am beyond disappointed and furious about this experience. When the iPhone was first delivered, I noticed the battery drained pretty fast, and the vibration function didn’t work at all. After contacting BackMarket, I was told to send the phone in for repair – frustrating enough already. But what happened next was completely unacceptable: The phone was returned to me thrown into a plain cardboard box with no protective packaging like bubble wrap or anything else. When I unpacked it, I immediately noticed something loose inside. When you gently shake the phone, you can clearly feel that something isn’t properly secured. How does this even happen? To make matters worse, my question about whether an original battery was installed was entirely ignored. This isn’t just bad service – it’s outright disrespectful to the customer. I’ve had enough! I am withdrawing from this purchase and demanding a full refund. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a seller. I will never order anything from here again and strongly advise everyone to avoid BackMarket!!!

Speaker isn’t working proper

I ordered an iPhone 13 mini in excellent and new battery, with all this cost me less than 400, a bargain and when I arrived, the truth was not the best packaging or anything but the phone arrived perfect, except for a small punctures next to the camera, q did not influence anything with the photos and with the camera protector on or are not seen. Otherwise the mobile in perfect condition the battery arrived new at 100%.
