An absolute disaster – never again! I am beyond disappointed and furious about this experience. When the iPhone was first delivered, I noticed the battery drained pretty fast, and the vibration function didn’t work at all. After contacting BackMarket, I was told to send the phone in for repair – frustrating enough already. But what happened next was completely unacceptable: The phone was returned to me thrown into a plain cardboard box with no protective packaging like bubble wrap or anything else. When I unpacked it, I immediately noticed something loose inside. When you gently shake the phone, you can clearly feel that something isn’t properly secured. How does this even happen? To make matters worse, my question about whether an original battery was installed was entirely ignored. This isn’t just bad service – it’s outright disrespectful to the customer. I’ve had enough! I am withdrawing from this purchase and demanding a full refund. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a seller. I will never order anything from here again and strongly advise everyone to avoid BackMarket!!!

Speaker isn’t working proper

Oh my God, I expected everything to go wrong, I ordered it on a Sunday and on Wednesday morning the box was already at home, very punctual, I ordered the iPhone 13 in excellent condition and battery, has arrived without a scratch, everything perfect and with a battery health of 100 percent, I give a 10 to Back Market, thank you very much, highly recommended!!!
