All good, arrived on time and in perfect condition

I needed a 'hybrid' that wasn't a smartphone and wasn't a tablet, and I also chose this Microsoft Surface Duo for collection. The function for which I got this hybrid is fulfilled perfectly, indeed it is a pity that Microsoft no longer produces this little gem. Coming instead to the quality of this remanufactured, I give only 5 stars because unfortunately one cannot give many more!!! The product looks very very good, were it not for some imperceptible imperfections on the side of the hinge, it would be exchangeable for a new product! I am very happy with the purchase and have also found renewed confidence in refurbished products. I hope to take more advantage of this site and the seller who makes this type of product available! The parcel arrived very quickly (3 days after ordering). It was a gift for my son and he is very happy with it. The battery holds the charge well depending on how it is used. The appearance is as good as new. The package arrived in excellent condition, unopened and the phone was well protected. I would recommend Back Market for the purchase of a refurbished phone.

I finally took the plunge and bought a refurbished product, and my first Apple product at that. Back Market is top notch in terms of choice and price. Very happy with my purchase, I'll be back. The iPad arrived superbly packaged. It's as good as new, the screen is spotless, as is the plastic work, zero scratches, zero impact. It comes with a generic charger, which doesn't hinder anything, and the battery is very chargeable.

I always trust you, so far everything is perfect, or almost .... fast shipping, perfect packaging and I open it .... and to my surprise, the back is very dirty... I cleaned it, fast, so my son wouldn't see it, and I didn't think to take a picture... anyway, there are always people who are not very careful. glue or glue remains.

Good hardware, but there's just one small fault: I can't update it any more. It's impossible to install a more recent version, and some applications don't update any more. It works perfectly. Best regards

I am very satisfied with the process, from ordering to delivery, very satisfied. The product selection and description are also very good. But returning an old mobile phone is very complicated.

The first thing I said to myself when I received the smartphone a few days after ordering it was "why didn't I do that sooner". I couldn't say whether the price offered by BM is more or less expensive than the second-hand price, but the huge advantage is that the product is ready to use, with no nasty surprises. Do you want to change your mobile phone without paying the price of a new one? Then don't hesitate :)

Very satisfied with my purchase! For a reconditioned device, it was delivered just like a new one 👍🏼 and with care. I appreciate the effort put into the parcel (secure and clean). All I have to do now is make a nice gift wrapping to give my son his first phone on his 13th birthday 🎉👍🏼
