The "perfect condition" iPhone 15 Pro is like new with a 100% battery. Nothing to say, I'm satisfied with the refurbished product. This is my second purchase from BackMarket and I hope not my last.

Faster delivery than expected (order placed on the 8th, received on the 11th instead of the 14th). Phone in perfect condition as I had selected. I've been using it for 15 days and so far I'm very satisfied with my first refurbished order. Battery in perfect condition too. With the trade-in offer for my old phone and the Bouygues offer, perfect! The payment in instalments is great too, thanks BackMarket!

Ordered in excellent condition so the maximum is as expected not a mark even in sunlight analysing the body and screen I have not seen any marks Original battery at 93% with 275 cycles so more than satisfied I will change it in a few months if not more I highly recommend the purchase but watch out for ups who sometimes forget to ship the parcels or even if you sign online because you won't be home they won't deliver it anyway

iPhone 13 in very good condition but having taken the premium option with a high-use battery, it does not last more than a day without too much use ...

The phone itself is fine, but sometimes the camera stays black and I have to restart it every time this happens to me....

Impeccable, thank you. I'm just a bit disappointed about the pre-protection, which was just compatible, and in fact it's not, but I'm giving it five stars anyway.

Perfect, the only downside is that the cable supplied with it doesn't work. Not a very important detail, the most important thing is that the iPhone is as good as new.
