When I ordered the computer, the specifications said it had a 4k screen, but the one that arrived had the usual 1920x1200. Could not report a fault as there was no preset in the menus for "wrong screen resolution".

Looks very very good in excellent condition. Only a slight scratch on the lid. But otherwise fine. Windows 11 was already on it, very nice. I was able to get it ready for my wife in one day!

Delivered very quickly and in good condition. Windows pre-installed, works quickly. The device is of course not the latest, which is why it is not suitable for gaming or designing or similar, but for everyday university or work life, where you have to deal with office-like apps anyway, it is just right.

Best experience i ever had buying from the internet, the packaging was perfect, the physical state of the laptop is indiscernible from new. You could feel upcycle it put a lot of effort in their work.

On the whole very good, fulfils its purpose (in this case graphic design) but unfortunately the battery runs out incredibly quickly. In theory, this isn't a problem as I usually have a power socket nearby, but I had hoped for a bit more from the battery.

I received the laptop and it was great and I am very satisfied

In general, the laptop is perfect, it fulfils the promised features and after a few days of use I can say that it works great. However, there are two points that bother me a bit. The first is that it doesn't come with the original battery, which is understandable because the original has probably lost a lot of capacity. What happens is that the spare battery they have used is bigger than the original one and sticks out. However, it is brand new and has only two cycles, which I understand will be from doing the relevant tests. The second thing is that the laptop has vinyl parts of the casing, and it could be misleading as to the real state (especially if it is sold as perfect). In principle it's not a problem, but they've been a bit careless: there are two places where the vinyl is lifted, and the touchpad has also been vinyl-coated.

The iPad was a gift for my wife. It was quick and easy to activate and my wife really liked the iPad. She really liked the fact that it was a used and refurbished device and that she was doing something for the environment.

My MacBookPro was delivered promptly and the computer is - as far as I can tell so far - in excellent condition. A tiny scratch on the back of the screen is hardly noticeable. I had a little difficulty with the Danish language setting during installation, which for some strange reason could not be changed to German during the initial setup. But now I know some interesting Danish terms; not bad either... Thanks to BackMarket.
