When I ordered the computer, the specifications said it had a 4k screen, but the one that arrived had the usual 1920x1200. Could not report a fault as there was no preset in the menus for "wrong screen resolution".

Looks very very good in excellent condition. Only a slight scratch on the lid. But otherwise fine. Windows 11 was already on it, very nice. I was able to get it ready for my wife in one day!

Delivered very quickly and in good condition. Windows pre-installed, works quickly. The device is of course not the latest, which is why it is not suitable for gaming or designing or similar, but for everyday university or work life, where you have to deal with office-like apps anyway, it is just right.

Best experience i ever had buying from the internet, the packaging was perfect, the physical state of the laptop is indiscernible from new. You could feel upcycle it put a lot of effort in their work.

On the whole very good, fulfils its purpose (in this case graphic design) but unfortunately the battery runs out incredibly quickly. In theory, this isn't a problem as I usually have a power socket nearby, but I had hoped for a bit more from the battery.

Super happy with the computer. Communication worked, delivery worked, machine is really clean and worked well in use.

These guys have their act together. I was somewhat disappointed to find out that my laptop had a German keyboard. I guess it must have been clearly hidden in the specs but I missed it. Now I fixed it with ugly stickers to change it into a US keyboard

Unfortunately I returned it, I needed a touch screen computer and this one does not match the specs, it is not the 2 in 1 touch version. On the plus side it was as good as new and worked very well. The return handling with back Market and the seller was very quick, less than 48 hours and no hassle.

Very fast shipping in a well-secured parcel. The PC (equipped with Windows 11) is very powerful for unbeatable value for money. The only slight downside: it is relatively noisy (fan). Thank you very much!
