honestly I have been using the phone for the past few dya about 4 days- at work and school and I am in love,it's like brand new, premium condition, no scratches, at all,I was a bit scared when it as setting yo the phone every time I pressed copy it would go black but it stopped after the second time I tried to copy. I am actually typing this review from the s23 fe , the camera is great, the sound is amazing,everything work like new I RECOMMEND and the shipping was terribly fast it came the next day which is crazy

The quality of the product came way better than expected, even coming with a screen protector already installed and a free charging cable. Exceptional work. The only complaint I have to say is that the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like it to, it lasts the same length as my 7 year old phone did. Surprised to say the least with the good quality of this phone.

First bit of tech I’ve bought from here. My wife’s Pixel 5 kept overheating and the screen would shut off. Needed and mini upgrade. Very happy with the Pixel 7. Immaculate condition. Only slight downside was with UPS delivery. Delayed by a day with no real estimates of delivery timeframe. Other than that a great first experience. Have already used agin for buy myself an iPad. 😄

The phone was described as Premier condition, and it is, not a mark on it anywhere and looks like new. Tracking the phone as it came through the delivery service was useful, I could see it making progress towards me. I did the usual authenticity checks on the phone, EMEI number etc, to make sure it is what it looks like and it's genuine. It was originally for the Japanese market so there were a few issues with some of the built in apps using Japanese characters but I was able to change all of them to English. After using Smart Switch to transfer my old phone data to this S22 all is good. A great service at a great price.

Very disappointing purchase of the Google Pixel 7 on Backmarket. The device, unfortunately, showed numerous defects from the first use. The battery overheated abnormally, reaching such high temperatures that it was nearly impossible to hold the phone without risking burns. Despite being marketed as a refurbished phone in good condition, the experience was far from satisfactory. I’m not at all confident in the way they inspect their phones. The customer service representative I spoke to only responded once a day, and it was extremely frustrating. I was left without a phone for too long, and they offered me a ridiculous 5% discount. I’m not sure what to call these people, but it seems like no one inspects the phones, and they send them out in such poor condition. Never again. zero star.

Phone came quickly. Exactly as expected. Love it ! As I normally buy a bog standard phone as I don't want to spend alot as sometimes phones can damage quickly dropping/ water damage and it's just a waste to spend alot of money . This phone was ususl cost fir me but why higher spec and I'm delighted. Thanks
