I had selected the condition "Excellent", the condition really was as described. 100% battery performance, no scratches and everything works perfectly. Original packaging available, bracelet also in top condition. The only mango was that the watch was delivered with the packaging in a cardboard box without protective film or air cushioning. The cardboard box of the watch flew around in the box - could have been better solved. The seller was probably from Estonia from what I could read. Final word: Clear recommendation.

Keyboard and mouse should be included - but they are missing! The missing parts were delivered later - now everything is fine!

When I see the attention that has been paid to my order, I have serious doubts about the quality of the reconditioning of the products and about the back market's checks on the work of its employees.

There were problems with the first setup, the German language was not in the distributor. The thing is now running perfectly!

I ordered an iPhone and the Apple Watch. iPhone is great, the Apple Watch was not yet decoupled and set in Finnish. There are easier languages to solve the problem and after some Finnish YouTube videos I was able to solve the problem. After this worked, I realised that the watch was delivered without cellular. I have now unfortunately sent the watch back. It was my first order here on BackMarket and I didn't think the 30 euro discount was enough. I would have preferred a replacement delivery.
