I bought the iPhone 11 for my Sisters birthday. It arrived within 24hours. Delivery was excellent. Packed extremely well. The phone itself was absolutely perfect. This is my second phone from Back Market and I would definitely recommend the company for anyone hesitant about re-furbished.

Absolutely love Back Market. This is the second phone I've you from them (the first being a Samsung S20 Ultra) and like that this phone was in pristine condition, with only a slight blemish on the back betraying its used status. A 'C' grade phone? 'A-' more like. The only negative is that I'm still waiting for the simultaneously ordered case and screen protectors that are now 13 days overdue. Oh well. One star lost so four stars overall.

Overall very pleased with the watch itself which is the most important factor. Screen in perfect condition and functions perfectly with my Google Pixel phone. Packaging was in poor used condition (unnecessarily left dirty) overall would recommend

Got the phone to replace my old Xiaomi Redmi 6. There were a few small scratches on the back and one on the side of the screen, it's only visible when the phone is off. Delivery was quick and included a quality assurance checklist. Performance wise I'm very pleased with it so far - recommended if you're looking for a decent alternative to bigger brands that still does the job. Good deal faster than my old phone, actually supports 5G, every Google app can be permanently disabled which is quite rare, decent quality camera.

first purchase of mobile on the site and was not sure what to expect. I was not disappointed!! First of all delivery was prompt with great tracking. Ordered my samsung A32 in excellent condition and when it arrived i was delighted. Phone did not have a single mark on it and might aswell have been brand new.. Will certainly be ordering again when needed!!

Excellent watch came with charger , packed great no damage to box or item …. Very pleased I purchased an iPhone 14 around 4months ago and still going great no problems whatsoever….. will continue to buy off here for any future devices , excellent site and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
