Ipad arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or dents, very well packaged. With original charger, everything works very well, pencil also bought in new condition, also perfect. Obviously I was apprehensive about ordering refurbished but I'm pleasantly surprised. I recommend Back Market!

The device is flawless. Display top, battery absolutely ok. Only the receipt of the device via UPS was a disaster. I recommend everyone to do without UPS for receipt. Several driver "attempts", each time I was told after the delivery window had expired that it would not arrive until the next day. When I wanted to pick it up myself, which of course I had arranged beforehand, the parcel was in the delivery vehicle and not ready for me to pick up myself. I would gladly do it again without UPS.

Perfect. I picked up the phone in decent condition and there were a few micro-scratches on the front but I can't even see them now that I've put a protective glass over it. The battery isn't new, but it will last a full day with moderate use (no games or video, but GPS, music and internet), and two with light use. Behind the scenes, it's fast, it's fluid, and it's perfect for my use, mainly utilities and music.

3rd purchase on Backmarket. Still not disappointed. The Google pixel 5 works perfectly and is in great condition. Thank you so much!

Excellent condition, like new, as stated. Fast delivery, very good. Battery discharges a little quickly for my liking, but this may be due to the model compared to my previous one.

Very happy with my Pixel 5! It's a great little phone. Mine came from Holland. It's running Android 14 after the update. It was mentioned as being in 'OK' condition, it's spotless apart from some very fine scratches on the screen that are absolutely invisible once the tempered glass is in place.

On the whole, everything went well. I have a doubt about a small malfunction in the device though. I have no indicator light to tell me when the phone is charging or when I receive a notification. I've tested various settings and nothing. It doesn't seem to hinder the use of the phone, but it's strange.

The quality of the device is great. I initially received a device that was not unlocked. Customer service very quickly sent me a replacement device of the same quality. The exchange was no problem. Thank you very much and I would be happy to use it again.

No problem for the product but as it is impossible to contact you differently, I would like to point out that I don't understand why when I use my account with the email on BackMarket I don't see my order, I only see it if I use my Apple ID, even though the email is the same. Does this mean that I have 2 accounts?
