Received it within 2 days and the quality is top notch. No single scratches and battery was 100% and I have been using it for two weeks and great performance. Glad I made a choice to buy here. Very delighted. The only issue is we don’t get phone case and screw guard along with phone. I had to wait for 5 more days which is upsetting. If they resolve this it will be amazing no flaws

10/10 i ordered “good condition” it came out way better than i expected with pristine quality no scratches good as new. Highly recommend picking up this device refurbished

Beyond expectations phone was only charged once from new well worth buying from backmarket and saving a few hundred. Will be back for more in the future.

Received the wrong model. Paid extra to receive physical + eSIM but the phone I received is only eSIM. This was a gift for someone so incredibly disappointed. Tried to log an issue with my order but it displays a dropdown of issues to choose from none which cover the SIM.

The device looks brand new & works perfectly.
