I have just opened my parcel phone impeccable a small scratch but to recondition it passes great surprise the ETA of the battery to 100%. delivery planned three days after my order I was delivered two days in advance.

I heard about the site, so I wanted to buy a refurbished tablet because the price was right. After a delay of 3 days, I finally received the tablet. When I unpacked it, it was in perfect condition, nothing to say. So this is an excellent site if everything is like the one I received. Congratulations.

iPhone 11 received in perfect condition and working correctly for the moment despite light packaging. The phone was no longer in the box, just in the plastic. I give 4 stars because the lack of packaging for this type of equipment is important.

Very good choice to have bought the phone in this way. It arrived with small marks, totally normal but with the battery at 100% and the screen was spotless. In addition Back market valued my other broken iPhone 11 at 100€ which they paid me in a few days. Totally recommendable

The watch is fine, the battery is at 85% which is the minimum to qualify it as "excellent" condition, it works great and it doesn't have a scratch on it. My complaints are something you might expect from a second hand site, but being an Apple Watch and not exactly cheap to be refurbished I expected something else: -It doesn't come in the original box. -The charger and cable are not original, they are Chinese, so they are no good as the watch does not charge properly. -The strap, which I consider a gift, is not original either, it is Chinese, and they didn't even bother to send it in the correct size, it is too big for this model of watch. For the price I almost haven't decided whether to return it and buy a completely new one, as it will cost me the same if I give up the "Cellular" mode. Maybe I'm too fussy, but it's important to take care of the details in this kind of products that we could call "luxury".

I ordered the iPhone 12 (excellent condition) on Black Friday for just €389. I'm very impressed with the condition, although I did find one small fault, but it's minimal. I wasn't sure whether I should order a battery with 100% capacity when I bought it. In the end I opted for the normal battery with 86% and that was the right decision. I've been using the new mobile phone for two days and I've only had to charge it once. In my opinion, the normal battery is completely sufficient for normal use. If you use the mobile phone professionally then I would buy the 100% battery. I am super happy! Thank you very much!

Broad offer. Competitive prices. Punctual delivery. Only observation on the packaging that contained the smartphone: not a box (even anonymous) but a corrugated cardboard folded around the product that was a gift. So very modest presentation and not appropriate for a product which, even if conditioned, is still an Apple product!
