I've never had a problem with backmarket before but when I bought an iPhone XS Max the battery often overheats and in the settings it says it may not be an Apple battery. Should I be worried?

Externally, the iPhone XS looks like new, only: I specifically and deliberately did NOT order the iPhone with a NEW battery, although this was offered during the ordering process. Unfortunately, it was then delivered with a new no-name battery. As a result, I can't call up the battery status data and keep getting the message that the battery is not an original component.

I bought a mobile phone about 2 years ago. Everything worked great and the device didn't cause any problems for a long time. I recently switched to an iPhone 11 and have already returned the second device after using it for 2 weeks. It's a shame that the devices always cause problems and can't be used sensibly in the long term. I think the concept is basically very positive and would like to support it, but I simply need an intact device for professional reasons. I have now ordered a new iPhone 11 and will no longer use second-hand devices in the future. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I have to advise against buying one. PS: The second device was already 3 years old although I had ordered the best quality.... Finally, I was able to buy my new iPhone excl. VAT for the same price in a special offer.
