I received my phone on time, it's in perfect condition, no scratches, no bumps. This is the second refurbished phone I've bought from BackMarket, from two different brands, and it's perfect. I highly recommend refurbished phones!

The device has a clear defect on one corner of the housing, the battery has 92% maximum capacity. Both meet the specification for "as new" status, so everything is fine. However, I had already bought a refurbished iPhone from another provider and it was like new including 100% battery. The device came from abroad, but the processing was super fast and correct.

The title of the advert mentioned a mac mini M2 pro, but given the price, I suspected it wasn't one. Once I'd confirmed my order, I had it. The delivery was quick, and apart from the parcel which was lying on the floor in the mud of the lorry, yuck, I was able to find a dry mini in perfect, like-new condition. The packaging was well done and spared the mini from poor transport conditions. It's a Belgian version, but it speaks French :D The machine meets my expectations, with enough RAM to anticipate the future. Disk capacity is fair, but an external SSD makes up for it. I'm very happy with this Backmarket purchase!

The delivery was very fast, I ordered it on Wednesday, it's Friday at noon and I've already picked it up. The condition of the iPad is great, it looks like it just came out of the factory, not a single scratch or anything like that. Original charger. The only downside I can put is that it came with 77% battery and in less than half an hour it already has 65%. Otherwise everything is great, highly recommended.

The iPhone 13 I received is very good, but I sent my 11 so that you could buy it back from me but I've never received a transfer, let alone a reply or a return. I've sent an email but still no reply.
