hey everyone, I'm a digital artist and this would be my first ever ipad pro purchase. I mainly bought it to try out procreate for my art and procreate dreams to try animation in the near future.(m1 chip is remarkable) So far I'd say it's such a powerful device that can handle a lot, so happy with it. I went for the 1tb version cause wanted more space and layers for procreate. The overall appearance is great, the interface is smooth and very budget friendly as to what I'm using it for.

Laptop was in "excellent" condition. The box said Apple Refurbished and the battery only had 4 charge cycles. So very happy. A minor annoyance was that the Apple Magsafe charger didn't have a 3 pin UK adapter... but was easily fixed.

Literally like new! Works very smoothly. Would be nice to include the apple microfiber cloth or something similar inside the package. The fingerprint marks can be hard to get rid of with an ordinary one. Otherwise all good!

Super super happy with my recent purchase of the iPad pro! I was a bit skeptical at first but after reading really positive reviews, I purchased one and I am so pleased i did! It was a reasonable price, was delivered fast with regular email updates to keep me in the loop and it is in excellent condition and looks brand new (despite choosing the fair option so it could have been scratched). I will certainly be buying from Back Market again. Thank you

I had been thinking and looking for a while about purchasing a new iPad and kept coming back to Backmarket and glad I did, very happy with my purchase and information given in order for me to make the decision, should have done it earlier, Certainly would recommend too.

Quick delivery, packaged well, item is in amazing condition. Everything works well and this was my first time using back market. I was a little worried after seeing some reviews say the wrong size had been delivered, but I haven’t had any issues so would recommend back market!

Have to say if never heard of this company but having read reviews decided to chance my luck. I was really impressed. The item was exactly as described, communication was excellent and delivery right on the button.

I try to ask for help but get taken to a broken link with a message saying Error 400 so I have no choice but to leave in this review and hope I can be contacted. The MacBook Air I bought is fine but it stopped charging. I connected the plug to different sockets in the house and it still wouldn’t charge. I then is put the cable into another USBC plug that I use for my phone and it works. I don’t want to return this MacBook as I need it for daily work but I do need a plug replacement as this is the problem. I seem to only be able to return the whole product but I just need a replacement plug.

The iPad 13” was as per description. Love the savings too. This is the 4th purchase from Backmarket.
