The Thinkpad was sent quickly! So the refurbishing company is reactive. I dont complain, i was quite impatient. I really appreciate the keyboard sticker sheets, as I did not choose this Thinkpad because of the keyboard layout but because it was affordable for me. Really nice and good thinking to include these. The listing said the condition of the laptop was "good"... Im not sure what good means. There was some dirtiness in the corners, and a slight crack on the shell, but apart from that everything is fine. No dead pixel. No borked key. Overall very fine. Inside as well. Good as new. The components are as advertised, and i did not see anything strange or unsightly on the motherboard. Battery charged is at 97% of what it was designed for... Good. Cannot speak for windows, i had other plans. But it was there. After some weeks of usage: No. All good. No complaint at all. No bad surprise. I suppose only the smell of new plastic is missing, but thats a given with refurbished laptops ;) Very happy with this one! It is off to new adventures with me!

It was my first item bougth in this company but so far I am amazed how good the labtop is. It was the 'correct' condition but it has better looking than mine and they gave stamps for my keyboard, because the language is different. The charger is great and also the labtop inside. I formated just in case, but it's really good. And also only took one week to arrive.

I've upgraded the SSD to 1 TB and added 16 GB additional RAM, so far so good, only had it for almost a week. Worked great when installing Linux Mint and seems to be top-quality... Surprised that it seems to be in such a good condition considering it said it was only in "good" condition, the equivalent of "bra" in Swedish.

I am really happy with the Backmarket services. I plan to continue shopping there in the future and recommend it to others. So far the laptop is working quite well, no problems encountered. If I need help, I will contact customer service. Thank you very much.

It was my first order at BackMarket and I was a bit unsure. But at least in my case there was no reason to complain. All expectations are fulfilled. Good product, like described. Fast delivery. I'm happy with it...

The laptop was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. Condition was as described, very good. The battery is also great. Windows was specified as the operating system, which could have been more precise. I was very surprised, Windows 11 Pro was already installed. Conclusion: Highly recommended. 9/10

So far it's doing what it's supposed to do. I use it purely as an audio PC or workstation. However, the battery is empty after half an hour to three quarters of an hour, so you have to leave the device connected to the mains almost all the time. I would have liked a little more capacity or room for manoeuvre there. But on the whole, the device is fun to work with. If there are still rechargeable batteries available, I would possibly replace them at some point, then the mobility would be fine again. :)

ThinkPad is perfect!! It works great!!! This is already second purchase on BackMarket and I will definitely come back again!

The appliance is fully functional. The condition description "very good" does not fully apply: The housing shows clear signs of use in several places and the cable guide on the base of the monitor is broken off. The description "good" would be more accurate. However, since everything works technically, I am still satisfied.
