I've just received my Galaxy S23. First impression, the device is very well packaged. Secondly, the phone was delivered in its original Samsung packaging. It appears to be in perfect condition. Only the battery needed a small charge to transfer my data and applications, thank you Smart Switch. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you to you and to the refurbisher. This is my second purchase from BackMarket, Super Pro.

phone arrived new (or almost new) and well packaged. First Xiaomi phone for me and very pleasantly surprised! I prefer Samsung and Apple without worry. Excellent performance and remarkable fluidity for the price. the battery lasts a full day a format that takes a little getting used to with rounded edges but frankly after a few days the case is folded. I'm thinking of buying from XIAOMI again for the next one.

Received the phone in its original box, perfect condition, like new. It works perfectly well, and gives excellent photos. The google AI is top notch and I recommend BackMarket for its seriousness.

A phone in perfect condition, as far as I'm concerned it's brand new. The delivery and reception in 24 hours is incredible. I'm already a fan of refurbished phones, even my old Samsungs, but this time I wanted to try out backmarket and they're incredible and their prices defy all the competition.

I can't make any more calls because the phone has been blacklisted and reported stolen, so I'm struggling to get a reply or a refund from a super retailer who apparently takes my money without checking what they're selling.

It's been a week since I've had it as a phone and I'm delighted with it, the only downside for me is the keys aren't that responsive due to the curved screen as well as the auto dictation which is a disaster for me, otherwise I recommend it, no malfunction of the device I'm delighted with the size the physical quality great!!!! to be seen over time 🤞.

I really liked the back market service. I had my doubts about buying a refurbished phone, and so far I am very happy. Also the delivery service was super fast.

Good phone! Actually everything went well from start to finish. Phone was there, by French standards, very quickly. For the rest: there is almost nothing to criticise about this phone, everything works properly. The camera is great. The design is a hit or miss, either you love it or you find it hideous. I myself found it hideous at first.... If you actually just want to buy this phone but you dislike the camera design I would just do it because in the pictures it looks worse. Now I actually actually like it. Pixel has some cool features including customising your app icons to the colour of your background and a few other features that only iPhones have for the rest. Some wouldn't want to buy the phone because of privacy reasons, but in my opinion it's not too bad. You're much better off buying a Pixel than a Chinese phone. The only thing that really irritates me immensely about this phone is that long pressing the power button opens Assistant. To turn it off, you have to hold down Power + Volume up. And that it is very difficult to turn off your mobile data (first put Internet in your shortcut menu under do not disturb, then tap it and only then can you turn it off). Other than th...

Hello, I think it's a shame that you didn't send the charger for the device, as some chargers from other brands are not necessarily compatible with the charging speed, for example. In the long term, they can damage the battery. It might be a good idea to ask if the person has a charger, and if so, which brand, and then send the right charger or not. Best regards Richard Bagel
