It could be a better fit if you could adjust to size of your head, very good connection & sound

This is the third device I've bought from Back Market and all three have been a satisfactory experience. I can only give praise for this keyboard: it came in the original box as presented by Apple, no one would say it was second hand, it doesn't even look like it's reconditioned, it works great, very clean and without a single scratch. By the way, I would like to say that I had a problem about two months ago with a MacMini I bought a year ago and I could see that the warranty service is extraordinary. What more can I say? I highly recommend this company.

Everything is perfect, but the main language of the laptop is French even though I ordered the English version. The orange button in the middle doesn't work.

Appearance identical to the description, happy with my purchase, the smartphone works perfectly, takes very good photos. I find the original keyboard not very precise I will change. Otherwise very satisfied.

So I hesitated to give it 4/5 because at the moment it's working really well, it's fast and everything is great. On the other hand, the state of the computer is a mess, full of scratches on the top and bottom as well, fortunately not on the screen. It arrived super dirty, not even a wipe on it. There are quite a few defects. And the charger is old too, patched up with tape in places. Quite frankly, it's not very good. For such good condition, I expected it to be in better shape.

The watch was delivered on time. On the other hand, the watch box is that of a samsung watch 6...Given the price of the watch the minimum would have been to deliver it in its original box...Disappointed on this point.

Impossible to connect to fibre internet (missing hardware?!). Computer supposedly recent but not running Windows 11, which is very old software. Equipment returned to sender with request for refund.

Quality headset in perfect condition, neatly packaged. Very comfortable headset for remote meetings. Highly recommended!
