I understand the business of buying second hand phones is a saturated market and profit margins are low but when you use the cheapest screens to maximise profits then when your screen breaks after 1 week ( unresponsive ) you’re supposed to send back and wait 2 weeks without a phone! I got mine done personally at a cost of €160, BackMarket won’t refund you so my opinion is but a new phone , iPhone 14+ €500- new screen €160 for €750 I could have bought a new iPhone..lesson learnt ..don’t deal with dodgy second hand phones , Buy new !

It's good

The iphone arrived quickly and is in very good condition, with a few minor signs of use that are no longer visible once the protective cover has been installed. The phone came with a charging cable. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have been a Back Market customer for a long time and I will be buying other items as soon as I need them.

The iphone SE looks good and is delivered as promised. Only the battery life, as is apparently common with refurbished phones, is quite short. For the rest, all is good.

iPhone super 100% battery I had chosen in very good condition and the outline is quite impacted too bad

The screen seems to have a little problem with touch, as from time to time nothing happens when you touch it.

great phone it's a shame that in the iphone settings it says "it's a refurbished screen so it's not apple" i get the notification as soon as i turn it on

the battery still dysfunctional the turn of the phone and well scratched the rear window and poorly glued 2nd purchase 2nd disappointment hoping that the next order will arrive in good condition I put 3 stars because they light is already that
