    Fast delivery which was great. Quality of my refurbished Samsung s21+ was near perfect. Zero scratches or marks on the phone. Have had the phone about a month now and still perfect. The charging cable was not a fast charge cable but not a big deal as had one from previous phone. Would highly recommend backmarket.ie, and I will be shopping here again in future.

    Very happy with my "Good" refurbished Pixel 5. Performs as expected and visually is in great condition. Only issue I would have would be with the delivery which was earlier than expected. I had rearranged delivery for 2 days later but it arrived anyway. Luckily my neighbour was around to accept the delivery.

    Refurbished Galaxy A8, described as Good condition arrived at the early end of the delivery window in excellent condition. Very impressed with the phone specifications at a very reasonable price. Tracking emails at each stage of the delivery journey were reassuring. Phone arrived with power cable and SIM tray unlocking tool as advertised, but no setup link or instructions which was puzzling until I found the manufacturer's SIM setup instructions for this model online. Perhaps a similar link or basic setup instructions would be helpful in future, for those unfamiliar with this type of SIM tray. Otherwise, very pleased. Phone was easy to setup following the onscreen steps after a power charge and restart.

    I ordered a silver 128gb S21 Ultra off this site, I got it in fair condition expecting maybe a couple of scratches or dents. the phone was in absolutely FLAWLESS condition, I had to look for anything off, nothing. best refurbished device I ever bought. I recommend Backmarket and the reseller ReMarket 100%! fast delivery and great service!

    Navigating the web page was easy and had plenty iPhones to chose from. Prices were competiré and after comparing Back Market had the price for my budget. I bought an iPhone 14 Plus and has zero marks of wear and tear, battery is working to its normal functionality despite of second hand. Overall, I’m delighted with my purchase and certainly recommend this place for buying / upgrading your gadgets.

    pretty good. The watch was in great condition when it arrived, but I was expecting a bit more from the battery if I'm honest. I am only getting a little more than a day from a watch that should run for 2 and a half days. I know it's second hand but I thought that the battery might have been in better shape. but I still love the watch and was already used to charging every night anyway. btw if you are planning on getting one of these because of the charge 'share' option by Samsung.. don't bother. it doesn't work.

    I love my refurbed Xiaomi mi10T pro 5g it's a great phone, only one thing holding this review back- the battery. I'm doing my best to conserve it but I always have to carry a charger and it's stressful!

    The shipping was extremely fast and the phone is as described. It's not chipped and the Huawei phone works fine. Only thing is the phone can get a bit overwhelmed and be slow for some apps. Instagram and tiltok in particular. Sometimes the camera app is a bit slow too but that could just be the fact that it's a Lite phone. I'll be keeping an eye on it

    I purchased the Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB model in good condition and it did arrive in good condition indeed. Screen - mint condition. I'm very happy, only thing is I had to get a fast charger for it. Also, battery is somewhat average but in fairness I didn't expect it to be much better anyway (lasts about a day with medium usage). Shopping experience was absolutely fantastic 👌 💯 I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
