I was delighted to receive the Microsoft Surface Pro7. It’s working really well. I’d been looking to buy one for ages, but at full price totally out my financial range. This refurbished one ticks all the boxes. I couldnt be happier

I was little surprised that on a refurbished model there was a sticker with the name of the previous owner stuck to the back of the laptop. The laptop seems to be functioning well, battery drain is quite fast but could be expected for an older model?

I think black market is great. This is the second time I’ve used it and both times the phone has arrived good as new. This time I also used the trade in option, I received the money that was offered initially within a couple of days of them receiving it. I was emailed throughout the process to keep me informed. Would absolutely recommend. I will continue to use whenever I need an upgrade!

I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. Back market is an amazing place to buy phones and tablets and I will tell you the reasons why. 1. Quick delivery 2.Gives exactly what you asked for(condition, colour, type) 3. Insurance provide all repairs I ordered a fair tablet with an attached keyboard. The keyboard was poor and the tablet got hot quickly. I paid for insurance before so I requested to repair. I sent it off. The customer care was amazing with letting me know what was happening during the delivery. They sent it back straight away. The tablet is fixed and a new keyboard was restored. I appreciate how they were attentive to detail and valued communication. 4. Honest and quick service This is why I recommend backmarket Even if a worse condition is bought, insurance covers it !
